Is it durable? With correct care, this pack can last many seasons. Just limit contact with sharp objects or abrasive surfaces as much as possible, since these can damage the fabric.
-
Is it water-resistant?Air Series bags feature water-resistant materials, but water can still seep through unsealed seams and zippers. While light rain is manageable, heavy downpours may result in wet contents.
-
Do your products have warranty? All products have a lifetime guarantee from time of purchase against manufacturing defects or workmanship, unless specified. This guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, careless or unsafe handling, accidents, attempted repairs or alterations. Proof of purchase may be requested for warranty claims and customers need to cover shipping to and from our repair centers.

How do I wash the Air Series bags? The coating on our bag is designed to resist dirt, but it's also washable. For optimal care, we recommend handwashing with mild soap and cool water. After thorough rinsing, allow to air dry. Bags can be machine washed on a low-temperature setting. Do not use bleach or any other harsh chemicals.

How is Ripstop Nylon made?Nylon ripstop is a durable fabric woven from nylon fibers that resist tearing and ripping. The "ripstop" pattern reinforces the fabric against tears. Nylon ripstop can be waterproof, water-resistant, or even fire-resistant and is used in various applications, such as tents, tarps, sails, backpacks, and clothing. To create nylon ripstop, nylon yarns are woven together on a loom. The warp threads are threaded through the loom's heddles, while the weft threads are passed over and under the warp threads. This process continues until the desired fabric width is reached. After weaving, the fabric undergoes finishing treatments like heat-setting, dyeing, and printing.

What is the bag's closure mechanism?Air Series bags are designed with custom ordered world renowned Japanese YKK zippers
